Conceptualization
Initial part of the development process, in which we jointly seek to relate and clarify ideas or concepts to understand the structure of a desired product or device and transform it into an initial prototype for its primary validation.
Molding
Fundamental component of the development process, which transfers the defined structure of the product or device, by means of engineering procedures and techniques supported by CAD and CAM tools, to a digital mold design used to manufacture the mold with high precision.
Production
Final development process, which represents the result of the detailed exercise of conceptualization and molding through the continuous compliance of the parameters defined with customers, through the verification of samples of production samples, validated by metrological devices.
